6. Feta Stuffed, Garlic & Herb Chicken

This recipe is especially exciting for all the cheese lovers out there. Once prepared, it’s a lovely meaty combination of herb chicken that oozes with melted, garlic-induced feta!

Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breasts

- 2 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste

- ½ cup of crumbled feta cheese

- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tsp of mixed herbs

- 2 tbsp of oil

- 4 toothpicks

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400ºF and lightly drizzle a baking tray with oil.

Slit each chicken breast lengthwise to create a small pocket within the breast pieces.

Massage the breast pieces with garlic paste, working it into the meat.

In a small bowl, mix the feta, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Use a spoon to scoop the cheese mix and fill each chicken breast and close the pockets by piercing a toothpick through it.

Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
